That’s Life is an award-winning arts and personal development programme

supported by Corlann in Co.Galway.

People with intellectual disability have opportunities to discover and realise their creative potential through working with established artists,

and participating in a wide range of high quality arts programs.

That’s Life art makers create inspiring work that contributes to the cultural and artistic life of their communities.

Film adventure based on the Irish mythical story of the Salmon of Knowledge.

Theatre Programme

Ballet of a Bandit

Miguel Barcelo' s unique, immersive, storytelling skills are channelled to great effect in his latest work 'Ballet of a Bandit'. That's Life has arranged five performances in day centres across County Galway for adults with ID, during the week of the 9th of March.

Music Programme

'Night and Day' Festival

After the success of last year's performance the That's Life Gamelan Ensemble have been asked to play again at this years Night and Day Festival. 29th May, Lough Fee, Boyle, Co. Roscommon.

The That's Life Gamelon Ensemble and That's Life choir performed two songs in the foyer of the @thtgalway as part of the Irish National Opera (INO) Open Foyer Series.
The INO Open Foyer Series is an initiative by the Irish National Opera to collaborate with local communities during their national tours. Local music ensembles from around the country have been chosen to perform music connected to the opera in the foyer, for audiences members to enjoy before seeing the show.
This year's production by the Irish National Orchestra's is Janáček's 'The Cunning Little Vixen', directed by Sophie Motley. One song from our performance 'The Vixen ', was inspired by the Opera. Thanks to Catherine, Michael H, Greg, Mary, Tiago, Ivan, Michael W, Martin, Elizabeth, Ciara, Carina and Caoimhe who performed so enthusiastically on the night, the energy was infectious!

There was a wonderful reception for our performance at @thtgalway last night, for our contribution to the @irishnationalopera Open Foyer initiative.
